Hydration is critical at camp. Especially for young children. The family camp volunteers did an excellent job of keeping cold water available for the kids. Adults just need to remember to drink.

You will likely have a cold water spigot available within 100 yards of your tent. Hot water is not available in camp (unless you bring a stove to heat it).

Water and one or two kinds of kool-aid are typically available in big 5 gallon coolers at each meal.
